(An-Naml) 27 : 40
قَالَ الَّذِي عِنْدَهُ عِلْمٌ مِنَ الْكِتَابِ أَنَا آتِيكَ بِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَرْتَدَّ إِلَيْكَ طَرْفُكَ ۚ فَلَمَّا رَآهُ مُسْتَقِرًّا عِنْدَهُ قَالَ هَٰذَا مِنْ فَضْلِ رَبِّي لِيَبْلُوَنِي أَأَشْكُرُ أَمْ أَكْفُرُ ۖ وَمَنْ شَكَرَ فَإِنَّمَا يَشْكُرُ لِنَفْسِهِ ۖ وَمَنْ كَفَرَ فَإِنَّ رَبِّي غَنِيٌّ كَرِيمٌ
The one who had Knowledge from the Book said: "I will bring it to you within the twinkling of your eye." And when Suleiman found it placed before him, he said: "This is from the Favor of my Lord to test me whether I will be grateful or ungrateful; and whoever is grateful, his gratitude is only for himself; and whoever is ungrateful, then indeed my Lord is the Self-sufficient, Noble".
Man who has Knowledge from Adhikr is self-sufficient than any other powerful creatures. Anybody having any doubt in any matter should ask the author of Adhikr. And any person including Messenger should ask about the Impartial Lord to the Three-Time-Knower who is the author of Adhikr as explained in verse 25: 59. See explanation 3: 2, 7, and 5: 48.
